Online yoga program: becoming
In this 3-week program, I take you through a journey of becoming an advanced Yin Yoga practitioner. If you have the time to do 40-45-minute classes, 4 times a week, you can finish this program in 3 weeks. But of course, you can take all the time you need. Never force yourself in Yin yoga. Yin yoga is about softness, surrender, and tuning into stillness. Never about pushing yourself beyond your limits.
The inner stillness Method
If you purchase this program, it’s yours for life, and you can access it at any time. It has 12 classes and an ebook learning guide. The poses in this course are mostly held for 2 or 4 minutes, to keep it more comfortable for you. So there’s no reason why you shouldn’t finish the program.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga in which poses are held for longer periods of time—typically 2 to 10 minutes—to target the body’s deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. The connective tissue ( Fascia ) runs all the way through our body and holds everything together, bones, muscles, joints, and organs. When we work on our fascia, we increase flexibility, improve blood flow, increase longevity and keep our bodies healthy, and our minds relaxed. Yin yoga is often referred to as a gentle yoga practice, but that’s not always the case. It can be quite intense and challenging to hold a certain pose for several minutes.
