In this 5-day retreat immersion, I will guide you out of the heaviness you’ve been carrying and into a life that feels joyful again — using practical tools that take yoga, mindfulness, and emotional grounding off the mat and into your actual, everyday life.

You are incredible at everything you do, you’re an action taker and you excel in all your tasks: you pour your heart into your work, you’re always available to the people around you for a loving shoulder or hand, you try to keep a healthy life even when it feels hard to find the time for it.
You’ve been showing up, trying your best, pushing through long days, doing the inner work you can, and still… something isn’t landing.

You feel overwhelmed by the constant need to be “on”: answering emails, whatsapp messages and, if you’re honest, an almost addiction to checking your phone constantly. Your body feels tight and even though you consider yourself a happy person, most of the time, your spark is dim. And honestly?
It’s not because you’re doing anything wrong. I know exactly why this is happening.
1. You’re trying to heal exhaustion while still living inside the same routines that caused it.
You keep rushing to yoga class and trying to tick all the boxes of a healthy life, but your environment is draining you.
2. You’re using “quick fixes” instead of embodied practices.
You bought this online yoga course by ‘x’ teacher, you listened to a podcast by ‘y’ TED speaker, you did a journaling exercise by Deepak Chopra or whoever else. They felt good for a moment, but they didn’t shift your daily life, did they? What you need is embodiment, which means really integrating those practices into your daily life.
3. You rarely — if ever — experience true stillness.
Your mind is always “ON.” You wake up in the morning and immediately reach for your phone. Scroll a bit, answer some WhatsApp messages. Your monkey mind is always talking. You’re never truly in the present moment. You feel rushed, like everything is urgent, and your body is carrying all of that in the form of tension.
Your neck hurts, your jaw is always locked, and your body feels heavy.
4. You’re doing yoga and mindfulness in pieces — not as a living, breathing lifestyle.
You’re taking bits and pieces of the practice from here and there, but not truly immersing yourself into an environment where you get to truly deepen the practice and experience the benefits it can bring to your life.

An airport shuttle will pick you up from the airport and bring you To Lumeria in Ubud. Try to arrive in the morning, so you can join the afternoon Restorative Yin class, where we get to know each other better and stretch out the jetlag. The Yin class will start when all of you, or most of you have arrived and checked in.

5 PM - 6 PM Gentle evening Yoga to get you ready for bed.

Your peaceful stay
At Lumeria, they go beyond a place to sleep; every bungalow is carefully designed to make you feel you’re in a heavenly retreat. The typical Balinese crafted bungalows are thoughtfully decorated to cater to your comfort and tranquility. A true place to retreat, to feel calm, to journal, to feel inspired, and to rejoice.
For your peaceful stay, you can choose between two kinds of bungalows. The King Bungalow is a perfect room to share with your partner or loved one. It has a king-sized bed, a private ensuite with a rain shower and all the amenities you could possibly need. It’s a spacious bungalow with a patio that looks straight into the rice fields. You’ll have all the privacy you desire.
Or you could share you’re bungalow with your besty in the Loft bungalow, designed with two single beds for sharing, a private ensuite with everything you need, a patio looking into the rice fields, but what’s special about this bungalow is the loft, which is accessible by a staircase bringing you to a cozy hideaway, where you can retreat, relax, journal, or reed your favorite books.
