Itinerary for Salty Prana

Day one Arrival day

Pick up from the airport, a shuttle will pick you up and bring you to Salty Prana where you'll be greeted by the host, me.. with a nice refreshing detox drink...  where I will have a relaxing chat with you about your personal practice, how long you've been practicing, just to establish your level of yoga and your expectations of the retreat. Just a short check-in with you to set your attention before we bring you to the room to settle in. 

4 PM - 4.45 PM - Late afternoon Pranayam session with a short meditation, to ground into your body and breathe out your jetlag.

6 PM - Dinner ( additional cost )

7 PM - 8 PM - Gentle flow, a gentle yoga flow to start the week and get you ready for bed. Soft gentle movement and sleep-inducing poses.

Day two Kick off day

6.15 AM -7.30 AM                 - Sunrise Vinyasa class,   an energizing Vinyasa flow with Sun Salutations and the rising Sun,  to wake up the body and start the day.

8 AM - 9 AM                            - Breakfast, included in the retreat.

10 AM - 11 AM - Pranayam with gentle but deep stretches, Hatha-influenced yoga class with breathwork, where we stretch out the hamstrings and open

up the hips, to get us ready for what comes next in this week. Trying to let go of tension, stiffness and maybe some stock emotions as well.

11.30 AM - - Time for lunch, choose to have lunch indoors ( additional cost ) or had out to Uluwatu for lunch, shopping, surf or other stuff ( own initiative )

4.30 PM- 5.30 PM - Yin / Restorative class, a relaxing class where we go deep into our Facia ( connective tissue ) Yin. Going deep into a relaxing state to

restore and release into our natural state of peace. Restorative.

6 PM - Dinner ( additional cost )

7 PM - 8 PM - Candlelight slow flow with sunset over Uluwatu ocean, Gentle slow flow with sleep-inducing poses to get you ready for bed.

Day three Surfers’ day

6.15 AM - 7.30 AM - Sunrise Surfers’ yoga class, an energizing yoga class that’s designed for surfers. Getting your hips, legs and back ready for the waves.

7.45 AM - 8.45 AM - Breakfast ( included in the retreat )

9. AM - - Free time to surf or chill in Uluwatu or at the poolside, having a coconut or chill in the sauna.

Noon - - option to have lunch indoors ( additional cost ) or in Uluwatu ( own initiative )

4.30 PM - 5.30 PM - Yin / Restorative class, a relaxing class to settle down after a hard day surfing, or a hard day chillin’ at the pool.

6 PM - Dinner ( additional cost )

7 PM - 8 PM - Soundbath with sunset and candlelight.

Day Four Power day

7.30 AM - 8.30 AM - Power yoga class, a strong class full of power, to get your blood pumping and get you powered up for the day.

8.45 AM - 10 AM - Breakfast ( included in the retreat )

10.15 AM - 11.30 AM - Hatha-influenced class with breathwork, where we stretch out our hamstrings, open our hips, try to release tension and get ready for the

rest of the week.

11.30 AM - option to have lunch indoors ( additional cost ) or in Uluwatu ( own initiative )

2 PM - 3 PM - Inversions workshop, a workshop where I teach you difficult inversions like crow pose, side crow, fallen angel, headstand or tripod pose.

4.30 PM - 5.30 PM - Yin / Restorative class, where we relax and settle down after a strong Powerful day.

6 PM - Dinner ( additional cost )

7.15 PM - 8.30 PM - Candlelight slow flow with sunset over Uluwatu ocean, Gentle slow flow with sleep-inducing poses to get you ready for bed.

Day Five Chill out day

6.15 AM9 - 7.15 AM - Option for sunrise Qi gong fusion class, a relaxing class where we combine Chinese Qi gong with mindful Yin yoga, to work with our meridians.

- Option 2 going on a surfing expedition, our in-house surf dudes will take you on a surfing trip to the Legendary surf spots of Uluwatu.

8 AM - 9 AM - Option to join Pranayam breathwork session with meditation, half an hour intensive breathwork session followed with settling into half an hour

meditation with high frequencies music. ( Indoor Shala )

9 AM- 10 AM - Breakfast ( included in the retreat )

10.30 AM - 11.30 AM - Yoga Nidra with soundbath, Yoga Nidra is called sleep Yoga, but it’s actually the plan not to fall asleep. While lying on your back I take you on a

journey through your body. With nice healing sounds at the end.

11.30 AM - Lunch break ( free to spend it how you like ) free time all afternoon.

5 PM - 6 PM - Surfers’ yoga class at dusk, This Yoga class is specially designed for surfers, gentle slow flow.

6 PM - Dinner ( additional cost )

7 PM - movie night in the indoor shala, with popcorn, snacks and tequila shots.

Day six Slow down day

8 AM - 9 AM - Slow flow class, Gentle yoga flow to get you going after movie night.

9 AM - 10 AM - Breakfast ( included in the retreat )

10 AM - 11.30 AM - Seprise activity

11.30 AM - Lunch break ( to spend how you like ) in-house or in Uluwatu

Day Seven Uluwatu day

6.15 AM - 7.15 AM - Sunrise Vinyasa flow with Qi gong warm-up, A Sunrise Qi gong flow seamlessly transitioning into a vinyasa flow.

8 AM - 9 AM - Breakfast ( included in the retreat )

9 AM - Uluwatu excursion at my treat

Around Noon - Lunch at my treat

5 PM - 6 PM - Sunset meditation with Pranayam and sound bath.

6 PM - Farwell Dinner at my treat ( free of cost )

- Free time, lost night in Uluwatu

Day Eight Seeyah day

7 AM - 8 AM - Sunrise Vinyasa flow, lost Vinyasa of the retreat, nice and tough..

8 AM - Breakfast ( included in the retreat )
